1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: During peak seasonal sales or new collection launches, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

4. Shipping Address & Order Changes

5. Damaged or Stolen Packages

Thread Fiesta is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item to help us process your request faster.

6. International Shipping (Optional - remove if not applicable)

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery Time: 7 – 15 Business Days (depending on custom clearances).
Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Thread Fiesta is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
